Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Residence Inn was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable with a nice bed and a spacious shower, but the strong smell of cleaning chemicals made me feel sick. The proximity to the elevator also meant I could hear other guests talking, which was a bit bothersome. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, especially from the hard-working ladies in the breakfast room. The location on Peel Street put me right in the heart of Montreal, making it convenient to explore the downtown area. However, the dining options, though decent, could be improved to meet higher standards. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, offered a nice view of Montreal, and were equipped with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. However, it felt a bit crowded for five people. The service was outstanding with the staff being kind and efficient, especially Kellie Anne. The location was great for shopping or business, close to various attractions and transport links. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety, though it seemed reduced at times. Overall, a good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a nice small kitchen that was perfect for cooking for two. They were clean and comfy overall, but some of the common areas were slightly dirty. The service was so-so, with parking being a little difficult, but the staff were all very helpful and accommodating, especially in keeping the food stocked and tables cleared. The location was very convenient, easily accessible from any part of the city near the metro station. However, I wished for a better deal on parking for hotel guests. The dining experience was a bit crowded and lacked seating, but I didn't mind walking to a cafe for breakfast. The facilities were well-serviced. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers modern and spacious rooms, but the breakfast room can get chaotic during peak times. However, the well-equipped corner suite and awesome kitchen amenities make up for it.
I have to say, this hotel really won me over with its amazing location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a bit of a bad smell lingering. Despite that, the room had some nice amenities like a fridge, microwave, and stove, which was convenient. The hotel is situated perfectly in downtown, just a few minutes walk from the art museum, surrounded by great restaurants for a vibrant nightlife experience.
I had a comfortable stay with good room amenities, though some service issues popped up. The hotel's location was superb for exploring the city, despite minor dining disappointments.
